Subject:Tai Chi Chuen

hey man I went to the VA today talked to them about teaching Vets Tai chi... so hopefully I'll get a call from em to work something out =), still trying to relax more and more into the form... I now understand why you said you had to give up lifting and your other martial arts for tai chi chuen, after my personal training class and trying to do the form it made it considerably more difficult... day after day the more I test the more I find out how right you are my friend... (deep breath) Your experiences and teachings have helped me... Till the end of my days I'll keep practicing tai chi to one day see and experience all these things you and chen man ching have spoken of... Thx again Tony man, Manny hope life's treatin ya well I'll c-yall around

Hey there Tony and Manny just droppin by to say hey, and thanks for all the great experiences, teachings, and good times we always spend together... regardless of the circumstance Tony you always find a way to bring it back to yin and yang... with good spirits and great amusement too! =D fightin the good fight to bring balance to all these quiet introverted yins and the ever flamboyant excited super loudmouth thrashing yangs.
